Today's digital transformation themed Next LVL Business Tip is all around how you can do digital transformation successfully.
So Bain & Co did a study where they found that only 8% of companies actually did digital transformation that achieved its objectives.
And according to global company Citrix, here's what the 92% who weren't successful should have been doing.
#1 - Employee Experience - Focus on the employee experience, at the end of the day, they are your end users.
# 2 - Obejectives then Technology - How many times have we seen a business that's tried to do that sort of square peg round hole solution where they're trying to put their business needs into a piece of software. It just doesn't work.
#3 - Invest What You Need - The third thing is shake off that mantra that if you invest a lot of money, you're going to have a lot of success. It doesn't work that way. You can have exponential benefits by just investing a small amount of money into digital transformation.
#4 - Flexibility & Security - The fourth component of success is to focus on flexibility and security. You want your digital systems to be flexible for all different users, but of course you want them highly secure so that you're not at risk of any damage to your systems.
#5 - One Step At A Time - The last component of success is to just do digital transformation, one step at a time. If you go in big bang you're going to shock everyone's system, you're just not going have the same sort of, change that you'd like in your business. So one step at a time and you will have success.
